55bd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every person who uses the 55bd platform and its services. By registering on the platform or beginning to use any service, the user agrees to be fully bound by all of these terms.

55bd services are available only to those who are 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If information provided at the time of registration is found to be false or misleading, 55bd reserves the right to close that account at any time.

55bd may change, amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as the user's agreement to the new terms. It is therefore advised to check this page regularly.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To register on the 55bd platform, a user must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete personal information — name, mobile number, email address and date of birth.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.
• The account must be used solely by the account holder — it may not be operated on behalf of another person or through a third party.

2.2 Identity Verification

55bd may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID to verify a user's identity. Until verification is complete, certain services including withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. If the requested documents are not provided in time, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. 55bd will not be held responsible for any transactions carried out by another person using those credentials. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact 55bd support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 55bd platform is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major national banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

It is entirely the user's responsibility to complete deposit transactions correctly. 55bd will not be liable for funds sent to the wrong account or in the wrong amount. Following the correct payment channel and instructions is mandatory.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved. Winnings derived from an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement set for that bonus has been met.

3.3 Account Transaction Review

55bd reserves the right to review, delay or reject any transaction if there is reasonable cause to consider it suspicious, unusual or fraudulent. In such cases the user may be asked to provide additional information or documents.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds and real funds are accounted for separately. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once that period expires.
• If 55bd determines that a user is misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, 55bd reserves the right to cancel those bonuses and close the account.
• Bonuses are never directly convertible to cash — withdrawal is not possible without completing the specified wagering requirement.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while a bonus is already active.

4.3 Other Promotions

55bd's other promotions — such as the weekly reload bonus, Friday festival bonus, slots bonus, birthday gift and friend referral reward — each have their own wagering requirements and validity periods. The detailed terms of each offer will be published on that offer's page and will apply alongside these general terms.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet placed on the 55bd platform will be governed by the rules of the relevant game. If the outcome of a bet cannot be determined due to a technical fault or loss of connection, 55bd may void that bet and return the stake.

5.2 Results and Dispute Resolution

Game outcomes are determined by 55bd's server logs and those records are considered final. If a user has a dispute regarding a result, they may contact the support team within 24 hours. 55bd's investigation team will communicate the final decision after a proper review.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using fraudulent methods or software.
• Collecting bonuses or gaining financial advantage through multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Attempting to access or operate another user's account.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or damage of the platform's systems or network.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.

Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
